DescriptionThe Sprint 8 workout is an optimized intensity-based training program that allows

you to build muscle and burn fat quickly and effectively.  It is 8 repetitions :30 intense running, elliptical, or biking followed by :90 seconds of active rest.  When you follow the

Sprint 8 program, you will see a big change in a small amount of time. It will not only transform your body; it will also improve your health!

 

Machine Options: treadmills, ellipticals, or bikes

 

Location: KSC, Fitness Center

 

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 7:15pm -- No Class Fall Break Monday, 10/14/19 & Thanksgiving 11/23/19

 

Coach Profile: Jessica Wu comes with a lot of experience pushing herself and performing at a high level.  She swam competitively for 12 years, and competing in the 100 Breaststroke and 200 Individual Medley as a part of the Wellesley College Swim and Dive program.  Jessica also has experience with weight lifting and has a love for powerlifting (Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift). She is excellent at motivating others to work hard and get to the next level!
