Wellesley MAP (Mentorship Affinity Pods) Program

Deadline to sign up: October 15, 2021

Career Education, the Wellesley College Alumnae Association, Wellesley Student Life, and the Department of Physical Education, Recreation and Athletics (PERA) are excited to launch Wellesley MAP (Mentorship Affinity Pods)! MAP will match alums and students in mentorship pod groups based on self-identified industry interests and shared identity, with the goal of creating supportive mentorship connections that foster participants' sense of belonging, identity development, values, exploration of academic interests and career paths, and connectedness within the larger Wellesley community.

Participation in the pilot MAP program will run from November 2021 to May 2022 and is open to all Wellesley sophomores, juniors, seniors, and alums. Designed to create connections based on shared identities and career interests and to support personal and professional development and growth, mentorship pods will provide opportunities to ask questions, seek guidance, share stories and resources, and offer informal networks for career development. MAP participants mutually benefit from pod engagement by receiving advice, guidance, and perspective and sharing their experiences and career journey. Alums and students from all backgrounds and experience levels are valuable participants and joining the Wellesley MAP program is a great way to make a positive impact and connect with the Wellesley community!

Complete the sign-up forms below to share more about your mentorship interests by October 15, 2021. We will follow up with all volunteers in mid-November.
