The EMPOWERS process is designed to support you in moving into a place of happiness and fulfillment, creating a sense of purpose, and finding the time to “have it all.”

Step Three: P – Practice Perspective

This step is where research meets reality, and you start to feel and see a difference. You will learn and practice ways to identify early triggers to stress. You will embrace the gift of frustration and take the concept of choice to a whole new level (the meta-view). Using the exercises and suggestions in this chapter, you will become a master of perspective.
