An important factor in my journey was my support system that allowed me to feel comfortable enough to explore my interests. Service has always been a vital part of my life, however, during my 1st semester at Wellesley I found myself rethinking whether I could balance that passion and my academics. It was when I participated in an Alternative Break over the winter that I realized I needed to bring my passion back to campus. Now, as an Alternative Break Coordinator myself, I am excited to transform that energy into a tangible reality and hopefully, help others experience the same inspiration I did that winter.
