Jerome A. Schiff Fellowship - direct application deadline

Eligible: Wellesley students enrolled in a 360 in the fall or intending to enroll in a 360 in spring.

A generous gift from the Jerome A. Schiff Charitable Trust allows Wellesley to support students pursuing independent research projects through the senior Honors thesis program.  The fellowships are awarded on the basis of merit, and the number of fellows each year is determined by available funding and the number of qualified applicants.  Please note applications are due at 5:00 pm EST.

Luce Scholars Program - direct application deadline

Eligible: seniors and graduates in any field who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, under the age of 32 or no more than three years out from receiving bachelor’s degree.

The Luce Scholars Program was launched by the Henry Luce Foundation in 1974 to enhance the understanding of Asia among potential leaders in American society. Graduate School Preparation Mini-Grants - application deadline

Eligible: Currently enrolled Wellesley students, including those graduating in this academic year, (on-campus or studying abroad) are eligible for Fund grants. GPA is not a factor in the decision-making process. Preference will be given to those applicants who: 1) can be specific in terms of their graduate/professional school goals (for example: "applying to Master's degree programs in Museum Studies, ideally matriculating fall of 2024"), and 2) have financial need.

The Graduate/Professional School Preparation Fund, funded by a generous grant from the Wellesley Students’ Aid Society, is intended to help current Wellesley students with expenses related to graduate or professional school preparation. 

Once a semester, the Fund will offer small grants (grant amounts may vary cycle to cycle) for students to use towards eligible expenses.  Some examples of eligible expenses related to graduate school preparation include, but are not limited to:

Eligible: graduating seniors and graduates whose birth parents were born outside of the US as non-US citizens. You might have been born in the US or be a naturalized citizen, adopted from abroad, a Green Card holder, granted asylum or refugee status in the US, or have graduated from high school & college in the US (including current and past DACA recipients).
