She Should Run:
Spring Break Immersion Program

Wellesley College Career Education, in collaboration with She Should Run, is hosting a spring break immersion program designed to help Wellesley students think about what it would take to run for elected office. The She Should Run Immersion program is designed to engage individuals across the political spectrum to help them to see themselves in public leadership roles. This approach focuses participants attention on "why they want to run and the impact they’ll make in elected office."

The program will bring together a cohort of 25 Wellesley students to consider what it would take to run for office. The curriculum includes sessions in these topic areas:

      • Cultivating Leadership
      • Building Networks
      • Fostering Communication
      • Finding Pathways

This a non-partisan program that focuses on pathways to office, not politics or policies. We are recruiting a politically diverse cohort where students can engage and challenge each other in collaborative and healthy ways that build community and networks for change.
