Recommended Catering Vendors
The following are vendors from whom we have received certificates of liability insurance forms in the past. It is up to the event sponsor to ensure that a current COI is on file and approved by Risk Management. We would suggest using these vendors for both full service and small event catering. Not all caterer's are licensed to serve alcohol. If your event is scheduled to serve alcohol, you will need to select a caterer or bartending service with a 12C License under the Massachusetts ABCC regulations. This license allows caterers to sell alcoholic beverages at private events. Vendors with a 12C License also need to have coverage on their COI for liquor liability. Please contact your scheduling office or Risk Management with any questions. Certificates of Insurance and 12C Licenses are only good for one year so please make sure we have current documents on file before the caterer services your event.
