Family Day: Photos and Fragments

Family Day will be filled with activities for visitors of all ages with inspiration from exhibitions Fragment: A Museum’s Midcentury Legacy and Clarence H. White and His World: The Art and Craft of Photography, 1895-1925. Join us for a treasure hunt in the galleries, story time, creation of sun prints, photography demo with Wellesley students, a museum tour, and more.
Schedule:
11 a.m.–3 p.m.: Free Art Activities: Sun prints, art projects made from art slides, sketching in the galleries, and a treasure hunt
11:30 a.m.–2 p.m.: Cyanotype demonstration with Wellesley College students
1–1:30 p.m.: Storytime and Songs with Wellesley Free Library
2–2:45 p.m.: Family Tour of Fragment: A Museum’s Midcentury Legacy and Clarence H. White and His World: The Art and Craft of Photography, 1895-1925.
