Opening Reception
Through Our Eyes: Land, Memory, Continuance
Join the Davis Museum for the opening of Through Our Eyes: Land, Memory, Continuance, a senior thesis exhibition by Julianna Escobedo ‘25. Installed in the 19th-century North American gallery, this intervention presents responses from Native and Indigenous students at Wellesley College alongside selected artworks. Through alternative wall labels, the exhibition asks visitors to consider how these works connect to Indigenous peoples' identities, histories, and ongoing realities.
