Mail Services for incoming students

Wellesley College Mail Services, located on the second floor of the Wang Campus Center (pictured above), is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for package pick up and from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for retail mailing services for items weighing up to 10 pounds. Mail Services also provides FedEx shipment for domestic and international letters. Fran Adams, manager, invites all you to stop by when you arrive.

Your new Wellesley mailing address

Your Wellesley College Unit Number and combination for your mailbox will be on your Workday portal. Please bring your combination when you come to campus.

UPS Service during the academic year

During the academic year, all packages are delivered to the Campus Center Mail Service, not individual residence halls, for pickup by students.

How student mail should be addressed to campus
Put student's Unit (mailbox) number and zip + 4 codes in the appropriate space and save for future use. This will be her mailing address for her entire time at Wellesley College.  See list of Zip + 4 codes for the student unit mailbox numbers

How can I prevent my mail from being delayed?

Use your proper name and avoid the use of nicknames. Use your middle initial whenever possible and notify Mail Services of any name changes. Be sure to use the proper address format and zip + 4 code.

Where will packages be delivered after September 6, 2019?

All student packages will be delivered to the Student Mail Center located in the Wang Campus Center after September 6, 2019.

How will I be notified if I have a package or item that required a signature?

Student Mail Services will email your college email account notifying you that you have an item that requires a signature at Student Mail Services.
