Mamaland is an annual cultural celebration hosted by the Wellesley African Students Association (WASA) that honors the richness, diversity, and vibrancy of African and African Diasporic cultures. Through a dynamic showcase of artistic expression and community engagement, the event creates space for students and community members to celebrate traditions, stories, and contemporary experiences from across the African continent and its global diaspora.

The event will feature a variety of performances and experiences highlighting music, dance, fashion, etc., alongside opportunities to engage with cultural traditions and cuisines. Mamaland serves as both a celebration and an educational experience, fostering cultural appreciation, dialogue, and connection across the Wellesley community while uplifting African voices and perspectives on campus.
