The 2025 Calderwood Lecture in Economics, “The Economic Benefits of Public Investments in Children,” will be delivered by Kirabo Jackson, Abraham Harris Professor of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University.

Kirabo Jackson was appointed to the White House Council of Economic Advisors (CEA) in August 2023. The CEA advises the President on economic policy based on data, research and evidence.
