Women’s Leadership for Impact

women's leadership for impact

Impact. Connection. Courage.

In a world of doing, how do you reach the next level as a leader? How do you learn to act boldly, speak with authority, and inspire others to own and work toward a shared vision?

It doesn’t happen overnight. Becoming a more impactful leader requires deep self-awareness and learning how to actively nurture your unique leadership qualities. Women’s Leadership for Impact prepares today’s leaders to become champions of self, culture, and relationships by first learning to own our own power. Women’s Leadership for Impact applies Wellesley’s holistic liberal arts approach to developing professional women from the inside out. Once you gain an understanding of how to take care of your own needs and grow your leadership skill set, you can practically and confidently navigate the dynamic process of leading others.

In this engaging 3-day seminar, you'll learn strategies to take your career to the next level. By gaining an understanding of important leadership styles, behaviors and practices, you'll be able to assess your own skills and create a plan for better informed decision making, and effective presentation of self and strategy. You will be able to assess your own strengths and areas of opportunity against time-tested models for success. All Wellesley Executive Education programs end with our signature action planning activity, designed to energize you for action and impact so you can begin improving your outcomes immediately.
