Sustainability
The Office of Sustainability supports the Wellesley College community by driving initiatives that promote environmental sustainability on campus and beyond.
The Advisory Committee on Environmental Sustainability advises the President of the College on policies, priorities, and significant issues relating to environmental sustainability at the College. It develops policies and priorities regarding how environmental sustainability should be factored into College operations and decisions. It also serves as a consultative body regarding relevant college initiatives.
The Office of Sustainability and the Sustainability Committee collaborate with administration, faculty, staff and students across campus to meet the goals outlined in Wellesley College’s Sustainability Plan.
