Step by Step Workday Instructions  - Enroll or Change your 403(b) Contribution Rate in Workday 

The College's nonelective contribution for eligible employees is 9% of eligible compensation. This rate includes both the required 3% safe harbor nonelective contribution as well as a discretionary nonelective contribution of 6% of eligible compensation. The match for eligible participants is up to 50% of the first 3% an employee is contributing (which is capped at 1.5%)
