The Inclusion and Engagement Team supports Wellesley’s commitment to inclusive excellence by creating a campus community that provides a sense of belonging to students and supports their identity development through advocacy, mentoring, programming and advising. This area includes the LGBTQ+ Programs & Services, Office of Intercultural Education, Office of Student Success, and Slater International Center.
