BrowZine for Electronic Journal Access

Project Proposal:

Nearly all journal subscriptions are electronic, and while access to that content is greatly improved through federated searching, the traditional process of browsing journals (e.g., table of contents) requires more effort than previously needed.  BrowZine allows users to select journals from the Library’s extensive holdings and access that content via a mobile device (tablet or smartphone) and create "bookshelves" by subject area or area of interest for journals of interest to individual users. Users are notified when new content has been published and can access new and old content directly through the BrowZine app.
