Lights

Using the light buttons on the wall, select a preset setting:

  1. All lights on
  2. Room lights dimmed, screen lights off: ideal for screen viewing while students are taking notes

Shades

  • The shade controls are located on the wall near the light controls.
  • To raise or lower the shades, press the corresponding arrow button. The button must be held down until the desired height is reached.

Drapes

The drapes can be opened or closed using the affixed instructor's Crestron control panel on the instructor's desk or using the control panel marked Window Shades located on the wall behind the instructor's desk.

Light Controls

  • High, All on
  • Med, Dimmed recessed lighting (adequate for note-taking)
  • Low, Dimmed recessed lighting (not adequate for note-taking)
  • Off, All off

Lights

On the built-in control panel, select one of the preset light settings by pressing the corresponding button:

  1. All lights on
  2. Room lights dimmed, screen lights off: ideal for screen viewing while students are taking notes.
Volume/Mute
 
Rotate the knob Volume on the Extron Switcher.

AV Controls

  • On the equipment rack, the Extron Switcher Panel has 7 active buttons for selecting source inputs. Press the respective button for the source you intend to use.
  • Video source remotes are located in either the equipment rack's pullout drawer or on the desk/table.

Volume/Mute

Use the SONY remote's volume buttons (+ or -).

AV Controls

On the equipment rack, the Extron Switcher Panel has four active buttons for selecting source inputs. Press the respective button for the source you intend to use.

Volume/Mute

Use the Crestron Touch-Screen Panel to adjust the volume.

AV Controls

The Crestron Touch-Screen Panel is fixed on the instructor desk.  Touch the screen to activate and choose your source (e.g., DVD, VHS, Mac, Laptop).
