New Spring '16 Workshops:

 

Knapp Interns will be offering a series of "Photoshop 101" workshops. They'll be held in the Clapp Computing Classroom from 7pm-8pm on 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/18. No sign-up required.

 


 

Introduction to EndNote Desktop for Macintosh (Clapp Computing Classroom)

Description: This class will get you up and running with EndNote. You will learn how to download the software, create and organize an EndNote library, populate a library with citations, attach pdf’s, and use the Write to Cite feature to add in-text citations to a Word document and generate a bibliography. Please Note: EndNote Write to Cite feature is not compatible with Word 2016.

Preferred time: Thursday 3/3 2:00pm – 3:00pm

Description: This class will get you up and running with EndNote. Description: This class is for those who have EndNote Desktop installed and/or know the basics. You will learn how to create an EndNote Online account, create and organize groups, and sync and share libraries. You will use EndNote Online to search for references, organize citations, and use the Write to Cite feature to add in-text citations to a Word document and generate a bibliography. Please Note: EndNote Write to Cite feature is not compatible with Word 2016.

Preferred time: Friday 3/18 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Each semester LTS offers a series of workshops for
the Wellesley College community.
  • Check this calendar throughout the semester as more workshops may be added to the schedule. Please note: These workshops are open to the Wellesley College community only.
  • Please feel free to suggest other technology workshop topics which may interest you as you are filling out a registration form. Topics do not have to be related to academic projects.
  • All workshops will be held in the Clapp Library computing classroom or the Knapp Center, on the first floor. If a location change is needed, it will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.

Important: Use of the 3-D printer requires a mandatory 30 minute 3-D Printer Orientation session.
