The College has a support contract with Conway Office Solutions to support Konica Minolta and Xerox multi-function devices (MFDs) in many academic and administrative departments. Please use the links below for instructions on setting up printing and scanning for the first time. If you need assistance with your MFD (including general questions, hardware problems such as jams, etc.), please contact Conway directly at (603)889-8563 and provide the ID Number located on your MFD. You can also submit service requests and supply orders online. If you are printing via Papercut in the Computing Labs/Libraries, please see these instructions instead.
Beginning June 24, 2019, new Xerox equipment will be replacing existing Konica Minolta and Xerox equipment campus wide.
