Covid-19 and Nature

Covid-19 and Nature

I created a video that showed how coronavirus impacted nature. At the start, I described how nature was before coronavirus and went on to describe the impact and solutions. My overall goal for this project is to communicate a forgotten concept that is how nature contributes to our economic development and our wellness. It seems to me that the news is heated with talks about budgets to recover from Covid-19 but there is very little on how that budget is inclusive of nature. My project is very dear to me because in the western world there are so many resources to help nature thrive again but in Africa it will take a while to see our nature back to life again due to lack of resources. I am hoping my project will be compelling enough for people to continue donating to Africa nature programs. I want people to connect to nature the same way we connect to global and political issues because once you connect to something you are compelled to do more. In the future l am hoping to explore more about nature in Africa and ways l can help our nature to thrive again.
