Office Hours
The Payroll Office is located inside Room 139, Green Hall.
Hours of operations are Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Schedules
Non-exempt, Student and Union employees are paid weekly. Pay date is Friday.
Faculty and Exempt employees are paid on the 15th of each month.
Should the 15th fall on a weekend or a holiday, payday will be the Friday before the 15th.
Beginning Janaury 2025: Faculty and Exempt employees will be paid on the 15th and on the last business day of the month. Should the 15th fall on a weekend or holiday, payday will be the Friday before the 15th.
