Sherly Veeraragavan
Laboratory Specialist in Biological Sciences
I am a Biologist and Embryologist with over three decades of experience. I earned my M.S. in Parasitology in India before moving to the US, where I began my career as a Research Assistant in the Urology Department at Tulane University School of Medicine. It was during this time that I trained extensively in IVF, a specialization I pursued for three years before moving to Massachusetts to work as a clinical Embryologist and then later joined Wellesley College.
For the past 30 years, I have been a core part of the Wellesley College community. I love working daily with our biological sciences faculty and inspiring students.
Outside of the lab, I love to travel, cook, and garden. More than anything, I spend my free time with my two grandkids.
