Important Dates:
The Degree Completion Questionnaire is a required form for all seniors in preparation for commencement.
The Degree Completion Questionnaire is accessible through the Seniors worklet through Workday. The questionnaire is due by Friday, October 13, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
This form will collect the following important information about you in preparation for Commencement:
when you expect to complete your degree requirements
your diploma name
a recording of how you want your name to be read at Commencement
hometown
Seniors are required to formally update each of their major/minor course plan(s) with their advisor(s) at the start of their senior year. The online Major/ Minor forms are available in Workday. See the Major/ Minor Information for Students for detailed instructions on how to update and obtain advisor approval of your major/ minor plan.
You must update the courses you’re planning to take to fulfill your major/minor requirements and receive advisor approval of the plan by Friday, October 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
Initial Registration for Fall 6th & 7th semester students is Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Prior to registration please review your major/minor requirements as well as your Academic Progress Report.
Last day for Seniors to declare or drop a major or minor program. If you are declaring a major/ minor in your final semester you must obtain advisor approval of your major/ minor plan through the major/ minor forms in Workday by Friday, February 9, 2024.
Transcripts for courses taken in Fall 2023 must be received by the Registrar’s Office no later than Friday, February 16, 2024 by 4:00 PM.
Transfer Credit Information & Guidelines
To fill out a request or to view the status of an existing request:

Official transcripts must be sent directly from the Hosting College/University to the Registrar's office in paper or e-transcript form.

Provide a mailing address for your diploma by Monday, April 22, 2024.
Diplomas will be mailed to the diploma mailing address that you provide in Workday. We cannot mail your diploma if you do not provide us with this mailing address. Instructions on how to update your address are provided here.
Shipping Information
It is anticipated that diplomas will ship out to graduates in late June. Tracking information for the diploma is available in Parchment.
Electronic Diplomas
An electronic copy of your diploma will be sent to your Wellesley email address. Your electronic diploma is a pdf version of your diploma for your use and for you to share with others including potential employers. Beginning in 2023 the electronic and print diploma will include Latin Honors.
Important Notes
If you do not provide a diploma mailing address by the deadline your diploma delivery date will be delayed
If you anticipate that your mailing address will change, please notify the Registrar’s Office immediately.
In the event that you don’t have a diploma mailing address, please contact the Registrar’s Office to make arrangements to hold your diploma until further notice.
All financial obligations to the College must be met before diplomas and electronic diplomas are released. To check whether you have a diploma hold, log in to Workday. Click on the Academics Worklet. Holds are listed under the ‘My Holds’ section.

Senior grades are due Tuesday, May 14th, 2024.
Faculty: Submit Senior grades by 12:00 PM.
Student: Senior grades available online to view by 4:00 PM.
Information regarding seat assignments will be provided through the Seniors App in Workday. A communication to students participating in the ceremony will be sent when the seat assignment is posted and available.
Students will be notified of their degree completion status at 5:00 PM.
Transcripts for courses taken in the Spring 2024 semester must be received by the Registrar’s Office no later than Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Final Latin Honors will be calculated for all May degree recipients after the deadline for the final receipt of all outstanding credentials. Latin Honors will be included on the paper and electronic copy of the diploma. The printed commencement program distributed at the May 17, 2024 commencement ceremony will not include Latin Honors. A digital version of the program will be updated to include Latin Honors. The link to this updated digital program will be available here on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Graduates and families may download and print this updated version of the program.
