Science Center Office

The Science Center Office (L138) is staffed Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Building access at all times is via OneCard. The campus community may swipe into the building from 8AM -Midnight. The building closes at Midnight, and for everyone's safety, you must leave the building by this time.

Student researchers needing access to the laboratories or stockroom should work with their PI to coordinate access. Student Stockroom access is limited to 8:30 - 4:30, M-F, excluding holidays. Student access to the laboratories is restricted to approved research students who have swipe access. Students must be accompanied by a buddy at all times when working in the laboratories after hours.

Visitors to the Science Center are asked to check in with the Office Manager in the Science Center, L138. For safety reasons, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and are not allowed on the laboratory side of the facility.

Parking

Contact Campus Safety for information about obtaining a parking decal. Due to construction, there is currently no parking permitted around the Science Center except for those with handicap placards in designated spaces. All faculty/staff must park in either the Davis Garage or the Founders Lot, as assigned. There is limited visitor parking by the Greenhouse and along the North Entry; visitor permits are required and can be obtained from the Greenhouse Visitor's Center (for visitors to the Botanical Gardens) or the Science Center Office (for Science Center visitors).
