Reflect to Connect: Wellness Self-Assessment

Wellness is a dynamic, multifaceted experience that changes throughout one's life based on different circumstances.

Use our new Wellness Self-Reflection as a guide to help you reflect on areas of your unique wellness. As you complete this reflection, remember there is no "right" or "wrong" answer...this is a reflection, not a test! This is meant to help you reflect on your wellness as you are right now, and provide supports to help you on your own unique wellness journey.

Based on your answers, it will give you personalized recommendations on supports to connect to if you'd like to work on strengthening any areas of your well-being. If you have any questions or are interested in support to strengthen any areas, send us an email to connect - we are here for you!
