Study Abroad

Study Abroad

Students majoring in theatre studies may elect to take at least one resident semester of concentrated work in a discipline to supplement and enrich their work at Wellesley. They may attend the National Theatre Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center, another institution in the Twelve College Exchange Program, one of the many London programs offering intensive study in their discipline, or other programs approved by the department. The Office of International Study coordinates these programs alongside our program. Check our their website here.

Programs pre-approved by the department include:

British Academy of Dramatic Arts - London Theatre Program

The London Theatre Program is BADA’s undergraduate Conservatory Acting Program in London sponsored by BADA and Sarah Lawrence College.

The London Theatre Program is designed for dedicated students who are passionate about their work, theatre, and language. Students may enroll in the London Theatre Program for either the Fall or Spring semester.

The Program is open to Juniors and Seniors enrolled at any accredited American college or university.
