Wellesley College is committed to making a positive difference in the quality of employee’s lives by offering a variety of employee activity classes to meet personal fitness needs.
All instructor-led wellness classes are drop-in and free for employees and their spouses/partners. Classes are scheduled throughout the academic year: September 3 – Dec. 20 and Jan. 3 – June 19.
- Developing positive lifestyle habits
- Learning the principles of fitness
- Acquiring the skills of lifetime activities that lead to continued participation
- Providing opportunities for social interaction with colleages
