ADD OR UPDATE YOUR CELL PHONE TO RECEIVE EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION TEXT MESSAGES

NOTE: If you have already listed your cell phone as your primary work phone, you must also add it per these instructions in order to receive emergency notification text messages.

1. Click the Personal Information worklet.

2. Under Change click Contact Information.

3. Under Home Contact information scroll down to Additional Phone and click the pencil icon to edit the existing number or add a new one.Pencil icon

4. Under Phone Device select Mobile. Under Phone Number enter your cell phone number. Click the Check-Mark Icon when you have finished. 

5. To save, click the orange Submit button in the lower left, then click the orange Done button.


UPDATE CAMPUS OFFICE LOCATION AND PHONE NUMBER

NOTE: This information will not appear in the college directory unless you add it per these instructions.

1. Click the Personal Information worklet.

2. Under Change click Contact Information.

3. Click the grey Edit button in the upper left and then click Change Contact Information. Then scroll down to Work Contact Information (the Business Location should default in as 106 Central Street, Wellesley MA 02481).

4. Under Alternate Work Location click the Pencil Icon to edit existing address or Add to add a new address.Pencil icon

5. Choose the Effective Date.

DO NOT click use Primary Home Address. – This will publish your home address in the directory.

6. Enter the following as listed below:

  • Address Line 1 – Department Name
  • Address Line 2 – 3 Digit Building Code, Building Name, Rm # (Example – GRH Green Hall, Rm.141J). Find building codes here.
  • City – Wellesley    State- MA    Postal Code- 02481
  • Visibility – Public

7. Click the Check-Mark Icon when you have finished.

8. To add or change your primary work phone, scroll down to Primary Phone and click Add if you are adding for the first time, or click the Pencil Icon to edit your existing phone number. IMPORTANT: If you list your cell phone as your primary work phone, you must also add it under Home Contact Information per the instructions in the section above in order to receive emergency notification text messages.

9. Under Phone Device use the appropraite type. Select Landline if you are entering your office phone. 

10. Under Phone Number enter your 10-digit number (781-283-XXXX). 

11. Leave Phone Extension blank.

12. Click the gray pencil icon when you are finished. Scroll to the bottom and click Submit in the lower left, then click Done.


ADD OR UDPATE EMERGENCY CONTACTS

1. Click the Personal Information worklet.

2. Under Change click Emergency Contacts.

3. To make changes, click Edit or Add, and then click the Pencil Icon next to any section you'd like to edit.

4. Click the gray pencil icon when you are finished. Scroll to the bottom and click Submit in the lower left, then click Done.


UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Click the Personal Information worklet.

2. Under Change click Personal Information.

3. In any section, click the Pencil Icon to edit.Pencil icon

4.  Make changes, noting that items with a red asterisk (*) indicate that the field is required.

Note the sections on Race/Ethnicity and Military Service – please make sure these are up to date.

5. Click the Check-Mark Icon when you have finished.

6. Click the orange Submit button in the lower left, then click the orange Done button.
