Fran Decker ’80

I was lucky to be assigned as a freshman to a room with a view of the lake in Tower Court. My lottery luck continued so I lived there all four years. I managed to snag one of the huge triples on the tiny sixth floor way up in the tower. Back then we had unlimited access to the roof and I spent many hours on top of the Wellesley world with its magnificent views. Senior year was in a delightful single on the fifth floor which was like a neighborhood of cool people and my best friend was right down the hall.

The first thing I do at every reunion is to go back to Tower and visit all the rooms of my past. I’m really looking forward to our 50th reunion to be able to spend the weekend in one of my favorite places on earth.
