Rachel F. Robbins
Rachel F. Robbins is an experienced global leader with management and governance experience in the private sector, emerging markets and international organizations, with particle focus on strategy, policy, governance and change management.

Ms. Robbins is currently a strategic advisor and independent consultant to international organizations, private sector foundations and non-governmental organizations. She is an independent director of Atlas Mara Limited, a financial services company with operations in sub-Sahara Africa. She is a Trustee of the New York University School of Law School and serves on the Advisory Board of the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship. She is a former director of FINCA Microfinance Holding Company LLC (now FINCA Impact Finance,) a microfinance company with global operations.

The majority of her career was spent in the private sector, where Ms. Robbins served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Euronext, and Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of JP Morgan Co. She brought her three decades of private sector experience to the World Bank Group, where she served as Vice President and General Counsel of the International Finance Corporation, She started her legal career at Milbank, Tweed, and Hadley & McCloy.

Ms. Robbins is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College. She resides in New York City with her husband and has two sons and four grandsons.
