Paulson Initiative Intern

My name is Karla Narvaez (she/her), and I'm from New York City. I'm a member of the class of 2026 and a prospective political science major. Being from such a large city, I never really felt connected to nature and landscape. I hope to learn more about my own connection to place here at Wellesley and how to co-exist with the other living things on campus. So far I have enjoyed waking up to the Blue Jays singing outside my window, but I'm excited to experience more of nature around me.
