Our beautiful 500-acre campus in Wellesley, Massachusetts—just 13 miles from Boston—includes both cultivated and natural areas. These include Lake Waban and our 22-acre arboretum and botanical garden, which produces a variety of species of exquisite flowers and plants.

Human Resources Vision
Wellesley's Human Resources Office will be the leader in college HR offices, partnering with Wellesley's leadership to make Wellesley a model employer. Senior staff and managers will understand the critical role they play in human resources management at Wellesley. Through a strong recruitment program, we will exemplify a truly diverse workplace and represent a community which welcomes, supports and celebrates our diversity.
