The Wellesley Buddhist Community encourages members to believe in themselves, to experience human nature directly and, just like the Wellesley motto, to be of service. Returning to direct experience, a Buddhist develops clarity, concentration and resilience.

Meditation practice is open to everyone. Our practice draws from various Buddhist traditions. It is not necessary to consider oneself Buddhist. For more information, or to drop in on weekly office hours, contact Ji Hyang (jsunim@wellesley.edu).

 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives.  We feel more alive.  We also gain access to our own powerful inner resources for dealing with stress.  We will resume MBSR classes mid- Spring.
