Buddhist Community

The Wellesley Buddhist Community encourages members to believe in themselves, to experience human nature directly and, just like the Wellesley motto, to be of service.

Returning to direct experience, a Buddhist develops clarity, concentration and resilience.

Meditation for clearing and centering ourselves in this moment

The meditation room will be open to all 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is about being fully awake in our lives.  We feel more alive.  We also gain access to our own powerful inner resources for dealing with stress. MBSR classes are offered occasionally during the academic year. Please see the flyer for more details for past classes..
