Meditation for clearing and centering ourselves in this moment
Mondays: 5-6 pm, Meditation Room, Multifaith Center, Houghton Chapel
Wednesdays: 12:30 pm to 1:30, Greenhouses near the Science Center & Student-Only meditation and discussion from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The meditation room will be open to all 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Meditation practice is open to everyone. Our practice draws from various Buddhist traditions. It is not necessary to consider oneself Buddhist. For more information, contact John Bailes x2686.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
