Fatima Djalalova
Fatima is a junior studying Economics and Mathematics.

In the summer of 2022, Fatima worked as a research assistant in the Economics department, helping in projects related to the optimal taxation system, and dynamic insurance contracts. During that summer, Fatima also participated in "Using Big Data to Solve Economic and Social Problems" summer course hosted by the Opportunity Insights and PREDOC, and in the "Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence" course in Lady Margaret Hall at Oxford University. In her free time, Fatima enjoys reading, creative writing, and updating her book blog. She is a native Russian speaker and has intermediate proficiency in German. Fatima hopes to continue developing her research skills, and to apply them in studying and evaluating economic policies, especially in developing countries. Fatima's goal upon graduation is to pursue an academic research path in Economics.
