Rebecca Biagas
Rebecca is a junior double majoring in Women’s and Gender Studies, with a concentration in Transnational Feminism, and American Studies, with a concentration in Race, Class, and Gender.

In the summer of 2023, Rebecca worked as a Programs Intern at the Women’s Foundation of California, where she developed projects and worked on advancing equity within the Solís Policy Institute. Rebecca is a Writing 201 Teaching Assistant and a student teacher at the Wellesley Community Children’s Center, where she is able to hone her interests in education and writing. Rebecca is also a member of Jewish Student Life, Fusion (the mixed-race and multicultural organization group on campus), and Upstage, Wellesley’s student-run theater organization. Rebecca will be spending Spring 2024 in Rabat, Morocco, through the School of International Training’s Human Rights, Social Justice, and Cultural Transformation program. Rebecca’s goal after graduation is to teach internationally before attending law school to study international human rights.
