Suzanna Schofield
Suzanna is a junior double-majoring in Environmental Studies and Peace and Justice Studies with concentrations in sustainable community development, food and agriculture, and water.

Passionate about mitigating human-environmental conflicts stressed by climate change, Suzanna is the Founder and Board President of Sustainable Hope In Real Action Foundation (SHIRA), a global youth-led foundation working towards co-existence, sustainability, and One Health. Since May 2022, Suzanna has served as the Social Media, Communications, and Ambassador Coordinator for the River Project-Ma Ganga, an organization focused on global river restoration with a special focus on the Ganges River in India. In Fall 2022, she studied abroad in Kenya looking at community conservation, climate resiliency, and water. On campus, Suzanna is involved with EnAct serving at the co-president during the ’21-’22 school year along with community organizations focused on climate activism and sustainability such as Fridays for Future Wellesley, Sustainable Wellesley, and 350 Mass. Upon graduating, Suzanna will pursue a career focused on grassroots organizing to affect large scale change in policies concerning climate change, sustainability, and co-existence.
