The Newhouse Center sponsors a rich and diverse range of programming in the humanities and arts: performances, lecture series, symposia and conferences, readings, faculty seminars, and more.

Distinguished Thinkers

Distinguished novelists, poets, writers, artists, philosophers, artists, performers, and other humanists come to Wellesley to read, lecture, perform, and share their work.

Newhouse Ateliers
Fellows, faculty, and invited guests share methodological aspects of their work in group settings. The purpose is to refine and debate the methodology of advanced projects through collective reasoning, interdisciplinary thinking, discussion, and challenge.
