Self-scheduled examinations take place in the Science Center with examination pick-up located in the Science Library.
- Exams are organized by students' last name.
Line up according to the first letter of your last name.
- Once you are at the pick-up table, you will be asked for your ID along with the subject and course number of the examination you wish to take. Please be sure to bring an ID (Wellesley, license, or passport) with your full name and an identifiable picture.

Fall 2014 Self-Scheduled Examination Schedule
Centers will start giving out exams 30 minutes prior to official exam start time.
The allocated examination time is 2.5 hours from time noted on the exam (with ten minutes travel time) and no later than 11:30 a.m. for Session 1, 4:00 p.m. for Session 2, and 8:30 p.m.. for Session 3.

Fixed (Scheduled) Examinations
Some classes require an examination be taken at a set scheduled time and location. Review the List of Courses with Fixed (Scheduled) Exams document for a list of classes, examination times, and locations.
Our essential responsibilities are to maintain accurate records, to allow access to student records in compliance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, and to support the academic program of the College by gathering, maintaining and distributing information. Inherent in the effectiveness of this office is a commitment to objectivity and equity, with the understanding that there is an obligation to communicate information accurately and effectively. The constituents served by this office are students, faculty, alumnae and administrative staff.
