Wellesley offers a comprehensive array of programs and services to help every student live a healthy lifestyle.
Counseling Services are available at the Stone Center throughout the academic year, offering workshops, groups, and a counselor-on-call seven days a week when classes are in session. Online mental health screening is available for concerns about depression, alcohol, anxiety, and eating disorders.
Wellesley College Health Service
Wellesley College Health Service provides medical care to any Wellesley student who needs it, including urgent care, annual physicals, immunizations, counseling for proper nutrition and eating, pharmacy services, and physical therapy.
The Health Education Office provides outreach to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent disease. It offers information and support for concerns such as healthy eating, stress reduction, sexually transmitted diseases, breast health, contraception, alcohol and drug abuse, and smoking.
Sports and Recreation
Physical activity promotes good health. There are athletic opportunities at any level of competition, from varsity teams to club sports to individual endeavors. Or explore one of Wellesley's Wellness Trails, check out the recreation activities, or take a fitness class. The only hard thing might be deciding which to choose.
Wellness Outreach Collaborative
The mission of the Wellness Outreach Collaborative is to meet the diverse and evolving needs of Wellesley College students by fostering a total learning environment that inspires them to cultivate life-long habits of wellness and empowers them to make a difference in their world.
