Mail Services manages student mailboxes (accessible 24/7), package pickup, and a retail service window for all your shipping needs. We are located in the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center.

What we do

  • Process incoming letters and packages from the U.S. Postal Service (including numbered insured and certified), UPS, FedEx, and Amazon as well as flower deliveries and all food items except deliveries from a restaurant. We hold packages for up to two weeks.
  • Provide notification of receipt of all items requiring a signature. Note: Students are responsible for picking up packages that require a signature.
  • Forward mail for students who are on leave or have graduated. We forward domestic mail over the summer. Per U.S.P.S. rules, we do not forward international mail.

Correct address

To ensure timely delivery of your mail, please make sure senders use the following formatting for your address:

Please do not use nicknames.

Mail for committees, commissions, or organizations should be addressed c/o an individual connected with the group.

Amazon shipments

When ordering from Amazon, you have two options for delivery:

  1. Ship to the on-campus Amazon locker, located next to Lulu. Choose “Amazon Locker–Vasco” as the pickup location in Wellesley, Mass. When the package is delivered, Amazon will send you an email with pickup instructions and a code. (Families or friends sending packages must forward this email to you.) The locker is accessible 24/7, up to three days after delivery. If you do not retrieve the package within three days, Amazon will return the package and issue a refund.
  2. Ship to Wellesley using the address shown above, and we will notify you when the package arrives.


During the first few weeks of fall semester, Mail Services will deliver most larger packages and some smaller packages to residence hall living rooms.

Please check your residence hall living rooms before you notify us of a missing package.

Mail Services has records of all packages sent to residence halls. You will only receive notifications for packages that need to be picked up. Mail Services will continue to help you find your packages if you cannot locate them.

Mail Services and the College will not be held responsible for packages that are not picked up by the recipient, so please check for your packages on a regular basis.
