Based on COVID-19 recommendations from the CDC, the College has suspended all in-person and on-campus events until further notice. You can register for live and recorded online webinars to learn more about Wellesley.

Registration for online information sessions, interviews, tours, and virtual fairs is forthcoming.

Getting to campus

Driving

It will take you to the entrance closest to the Office of Admission. (Our mailing address will take you to a pedestrian-only entrance.)

  • Traffic ๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš™ around Wellesley can be heavy. Especially if you are driving from Boston, you should add 15 to 20 minutes to your expected time of arrival.

Parking

After you register for your campus visit, weโ€™ll send you specific parking instructions via email.

  • Dower Lot: There are a few reserved spaces in Dower Lot, marked as Admission spaces with signs. To use these, you must pick up a permit from the Office of Admission before parking (otherwise youโ€™ll get a ticket).
  • Visitor Parking ๐Ÿš™ : If spaces are unavailable in Dower Lot, you can park (for free!) in Visitor Parking. This garage is a 15-minute walk from the Office of Admission.
  • If you have a disability plate โ™ฟ๏ธor placard for your car, there are two signed spaces available in front of the Office of Admission. Additional accessible spaces are located in Dower Lot. For further assistance, call us at 781-283-2270 and ask to speak with our Accessibility and Disability Resources liaison.

Traveling by Public Transit

From Boston Logan Airport (BOS)โœˆ๏ธ

  • Take the MBTA Silver Line Bus ๐ŸšŒ to South Station.
  • At South Station, switch to the Commuter Rail train ๐Ÿš„ (Framingham/Worcester Line) to Wellesley Square.
  • From there, you may walk ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ to campus (15 minutes) or call a taxi/use a ride-hailing app.
  • This trip takes roughly 90 minutes, depending on the Commuter Rail schedule.

From Bostonโ€™s South Station ๐Ÿš„

South Station is a transit hub for buses and trains.

  • Take the Commuter Rail train ๐Ÿš„ (Framingham/Worcester Line) from South Station to Wellesley Square.
  • From there, you may walk ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ to campus (15 minutes) or call a taxi/use a ride-hailing app.
  • This trip takes roughly an hour.
