On May 26 and 27, just a week after commencement for the yellow class of 2023, members of the nationally ranked crew team will compete in the 2023 NCAA DIII Championships. As the seniors prepare to finish their college rowing careers, they reflect on their friendships, the challenges and wins, and the great joy of rowing on the Charles River as the night stars fade in the light of sunrise. “The way they are leaving this team is better than the way they found it, which is incredible,” says Tessa Spillane, head crew coach.
