Wellesley students use a telescope in the Whitin Observatory

Built for observing all the wonders of the universe! Home to spectacular instrumentation, major research projects, and some of the nicest people you can imagine. Side note: On Halloween, the student astronomy club (ASTRO) uses the observatory as a canvas for spooky artwork (think a giant pumpkin or bats!).
