Signature Events (in-person)

Friday, March 29, 2024: Inclusive Recruiting Summit

Registration fee: $200 for for-profit employers, and $100 for non-profit employers.

Campus Center Tabling (in-person)
Monday–Thursday, 11am – 2pm
Available to both employers and graduate school representatives at the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center. Table reserved by Career Education.
Educational Workshops (in-person or virtual)
Coordinated in collaboration with Career Education Advisors during pre-planned times of the semester.
Information Sessions (in-person or virtual)
In-person information sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 5-6 pm. We suggest holding virtual sessions in the late afternoon or early evening, Monday through Thursday.
Coffee Chats (virtual)
Any date/time defined and coordinated by employers/ graduate school representatives.
On-campus Recruiting (in-person)
Interview space is available in the Career Education office suite Mondays and Thursdays during the academic semesters. Employers request an on-campus recruiting day/ schedule via Handshake. Employers are able to offer virtual interview schedules at any time. Interview schedules are being accepted via Handshake as of August 1.
Employer Partnership Opportunities
- Premiere Recruiting Employer Partnerships
For employers that would like full access to bespoke programming (up to 3 annual engagements) we offer additional customizable services for employer partners. To become a Premiere Recruiting Partner, employers make an annual gift of $5,000 ($2,500 for non-profit organizations). This gift goes directly to student preparation grants as part of the Career Education’s commitment to inclusive excellence.
- Internship Partnerships
Wellesley Internship Partners offer a minimum of one summer internship exclusively designed for a Wellesley student. In return, employers receive early access, full campus marketing and branding, and Career Ed preparation of students and pre-screening of materials. For-profit employers provide a minimum of $5,000 total compensation to student(s) for summer internships. Nonprofit employers may be eligible for Career Education funding grants.
