As we mark the 150th anniversary of Wellesley College, we invite the entire community to join in a year of reflection, celebration, and impact. Our commemorative book, Now & Ever: 150 Years of Making a Difference, honors the voices and values that have shaped Wellesley across generations. But the story doesn’t end there.
This is also a call to action. Whether you’re giving back through the Sed Ministrare service challenge, participating in one of the creative projects supported by the 150th Community Fund, or sharing your own Wellesley experience, your engagement brings our legacy to life. Together, we’ll celebrate where we’ve been and imagine what’s next.
Ways to get involved
Now & Ever: 150 Years of Making a Difference
A celebration of Wellesley College’s history of educating women who change the world, “Now & Ever: 150 Years of Making a Difference” recounts stories of trailblazing alumnae and faculty, and chronicles watershed moments in the College’s evolution from Pauline and Henry Fowle Durant’s vision to one of the preeminent liberal arts colleges in the world.
The Sed Ministrare service challenge
In the spirit of sed Ministrare, this initiative invites alumnae and others to join together to complete 150,000 collective hours of service.
150th community fund projects
Projects submitted by the Wellesley community offer creative, interactive ways to celebrate Wellesley, its traditions, and its people.
