As Wellesley celebrates our sesquicentennial anniversary, we invite all members of the College community to join us as we strive to complete 150,000 hours of service worldwide by May 2026. We’ll be tracking hours on this site, so come back later to see our progress!

Help us continue Wellesley’s strong history of making a difference in the world. Choose a project or service opportunity in a community that matters to you and join together with others to volunteer for an hour or more as we work toward our goal of 150,000 hours.
How to participate
Act locally by choosing or creating volunteer opportunities in your own community. Whether you’re an individual looking to make a difference or part of a group seeking to take on a bigger project, our 150th community service initiative is a chance to connect, partner, and collaborate to amplify your impact. Consider connecting with your local Wellesley alumnae club, teaming up with friends and family, or getting your workplace involved. This community project is open to all!
Service hour submission form
Make your hours count! Participants can submit their service hours on a rolling basis using the link below. All logged hours will contribute to the Wellesley community goal of 150,000 service hours over our anniversary year.

Along with adding your hours to our community total, you can upload photos and videos from your event.
Commemorative T-shirt
Once you’ve submitted hours toward our challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to commemorate your participation with the purchase of a volunteer exclusive: our Non Ministrari sed Ministrare T-shirt, available in class colors and classic Wellesley blue.
