Many years ago, I declared to my mother that I wanted to attend a college known for its academics, beauty, and most importantly, one on a lake.
She simply replied, “Wellesley! If you get into Wellesley, you should go to Wellesley!”
Of course, there were many other reasons why I chose Wellesley. But, long story short: I applied, was accepted, and I enrolled. And now, I truly couldn't imagine my life without it.
Whether by solving an optimization problem in economics, deciphering through words in French, learning a new formation in ultimate frisbee, or presenting a speech to our community, Wellesley is teaching me how to think deeply, meaningfully, and critically.
I am grateful for the chance to engage with our beautiful campus, converse with our brilliant students and faculty, and immerse in everything that Wellesley has to offer.
I’m very thankful to be a part of the Wellesley community.
