Jay's research interests live at the intersection between music history & theory, compositional praxis, and Western/Eastern philosophy, attempting to formulate an integral trans-cultural theory of Sound. He is also an audio engineer and computer musician, specializing in running live electronics for chamber/orchestral/operatic works, and is a multi-cam videographer & editor based out of Boston.
