At first, fear. Of bland food. Of cold, snowy winters. Of her first time away from home. Her mother said: “Feel the fear. Do it anyway.” At Wellesley, she majored in religion and Spanish literature. She joined Mezcla (#8), the Latinx/e student org. She interned at Morgan Stanley, landed a job on Wall Street, and turned it down. Instead, she moved home and started as an assistant at Univision. Now, she’s Head of Latin American, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand Consumer Insights at Amazon Studios. That’s called doing it anyway. Class of 2001.
